Postage:

Nappies will be sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class signed for. The cost is £4 within the U.K., for up to 4 nappies. 

Accessories are £2 for up to 2 items, and ship free with nappy purchases. 

Nappies will be sent via Hermes tracked to Ireland. The cost is £8 for up to 2 nappies. 

Accessories are £4 for up to 2 items and ship free with nappy purchases. 

Please contact us for postage quotes outside of the U.K.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to North America at this time. 

Refund Policy:

We hope that you will love our nappies. However if you are not satisfied, refunds are accepted on items purchased through our website. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returns:

Our return Policy is 14 days. Once 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, please use the contact link at the top of the page and include your order number. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and checked, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not and then credit your original method of payment. 

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. 

If you are returning an item to us, you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for your own records. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
